Tiffany Contic founded 7Tier Design Studio, LLC in 2020 after working as a commercial & hospitality interior designer for seven years. Through the course of her design career, she has completed over 30 various projects ranging from small office renovations to large full-service hotels to luxury apartment communities. She has worked closely with architects, contractors, hotel brands - such as Hilton, IHG, and Marriott - developers, property managers, and other designers on multiple renovations and new construction projects across the country.
After losing her corporate job during the pandemic in 2020, and with the hospitality market taking a hit, Tiffany saw this an an opportunity to launch her own venture and expand her talent into multifamily & residential design. Her commitment to the design process gives her a creative eye for detail and she is always striving for originality and uniqueness in every project while keeping her client's wants and needs in mind. While she has always had a strong passion for hospitality design, Tiffany rediscovered that same passion while working with homeowners, tailoring spaces for them that bring them joy and improve their wellbeing. Connecting with her clients on a personal, emotional level has reminded her why she was drawn to the profession in the first place:
designing isn't only about beauty...it's about people and emotion.

Tiffany graduated from Kent State University in 2014, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design along with a minor in Marketing. In 2013, she was awarded an Honorable Mention Award by AIA for achievement in excellence for architectural design, and another Honorable Mention Award in 2014 by IIDA for achievement in excellence in interior design. She has held leadership positions within student and professional organizations over the years, and continues to offer mentorship and collaborate, network, and involve herself with industry professionals and organizations like NEWH, NKBA, and IIDA.

Aside from design and architecture, Tiffany frequently explores other creative industries such as photography, fashion, and music. She also enjoys writing/blogging, traveling, movies, reading, playing beach volleyball, and DIY projects. Tiffany currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA where she was born and raised. She loves spending time with her family and their two golden retrievers – Porter & Stout.
